Ruby Sinclair is an engineering student at Queen’s University with a passion for innovation at the intersection of technology, design, and business. With experience spanning mechanical engineering, aerospace technology, and consulting, she thrives on tackling complex challenges that drive real-world impact.

Fascinated by the stories of adventurers pushing the boundaries of aerospace, Ruby is eager to contribute to the industry—not just through engineering, but by shaping its narrative. She is passionate about blending her technical expertise with creative storytelling to inspire the next generation of explorers and innovators. Her experience includes strategic consulting projects, where she has analyzed industry trends to help organizations refine their operations, as well as engineering work that applies emerging technologies to real-world problems.

Beyond academics, Ruby is deeply committed to mentorship and accessibility in STEM, having led initiatives to support first-year engineering students in defining success on their own terms. As a lifelong learner and adventurer, she is always seeking new perspectives—whether through entrepreneurial ventures, international experiences, or creative explorations of the future of aerospace and technology.

Through the Zenith Fellowship, Ruby aims to explore how emerging technologies and compelling storytelling can drive innovation in aerospace, inspire discovery, and shape the future of human exploration.
