Our mission is to bridge gaps between post-secondary and early-career work experience with a focus on underrepresented and disadvantaged groups, to support and sustain a highly-qualified Canadian aerospace industry workforce.
The Zenith Fellowship Program

Join a class of fellows who are inspired by space, want to give back to the community, and are future leaders! Fellows will participate in the annual Professional Development Summit where they will meet their class, mentors, host organizations, and take part in activities and workshops to prepare them for the next steps in their careers.

Fellows will be matched with an External Mentor who will help guide them through their internship and provide insight into their career aspirations.
